Patrick Ikechukwu, APRN
Patrick U. Ikechukwu is a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He has provided care in the psychiatric unit at Comanche Memorial Hospital, Children behavioral unit in South Western Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma and Cypress Creek hospital in Houston Texas. As an attending Nurse practitioner/ mental health provider at Larry Flowers and Associates, Patrick provides psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management to a range of clients with mental illness, substance abuse disorders and suicidal tendencies. New Hope RTC will utilize Patrick's previous experiences to train and ensure quality care and support for the children in care.
Gloria O Ikechukwu, PHR, LCCA
Gloria has an extensive background in Human Resources Management and child care administration. She worked as a Human Resources Manager in several organizations including Bank of America where she worked as a project manager, Live Events Services. In 2021 she joined Starei House Residential Treatment Center as a Direct care staff supervisor. In this position, Gloria was responsible for hiring, training, supervision of all employees and ensuring that the organization remains in compliance with DFPS and HHSC minimum standards and guidelines. For Gloria, Child care is not a job but a calling so she volunteers as child care giver and teacher in several churches from 1996 till date.
